Hudson is a 2 yr old male - mix of terrier & cocker spaniel. He got off to a rough start in life as he was abused, neglected and then turned out. I adopted Hudson from the pet rescue organization when he was 3 months old. He has been a constant companion since and smart - smart - smart!!!! He was very tender and sore when he first came home. I gained his trust with food (naturally) but more so using a very gentle touch. I started with the Little Stick to help desensitize the tissue and then was able to use the Trigger Wheel on difficult areas. Now when I pull out the Little Stick, Trigger Wheel or any Stick - he immediately comes over and wants to be rolled out. He doesn't believe in taking turns - if he's in the room, it's his turn!
